The most important part of Tullamore College is our students. On this page we will have practical advice on how students can stay positive, cope with stress, keep organised and ensure school is an enjoyable and rewarding experience.
Night-time routine
- Check journals for any notes or reminders.
- Make sure all your homework is complete for tomorrow's class.
- Pack bag with all books and materials needed, PE, football, hurling, camogie gear etc.
- Prepare lunch the night before - get in as many of those five a day!
- Relax - listen to music, read a book or magazine, practice some mindfulness, take a hot shower or bath, write in your diary... we all need some down time!
- Get to bed early and set your alarm
- LEAVE MOBILE PHONE DOWNSTAIRS!!
